We are committed to supporting the Armed Forces community through a wide range of initiatives, both within our company and in collaboration with external partners. These initiatives span various areas such as employment, health, housing, and education, all aimed at making a positive impact on the lives of service members, veterans, and their families. Our efforts include partnerships with organisations like The Poppy Factory and involvement in national campaigns such as the Wear Red Campaign for World Homeless Day.

Within the company, some of our team members take an active role in supporting these initiatives. For example, they volunteer for Armed Forces charities, take part in fundraising challenges such as the Great North Run, and help organise social meet-ups for military spouses to offer support and foster connections.
