Andrew founded SaluteMyJob in 2014 as a  social enterprise, providing specialist consulting services to ‘Forces Friendly’ organisations and employment support to members of the military community.  After a full career in the Army, he enjoyed a rewarding second career with Kenexa, a specialist HR science and technology company, and then IBM. Andrew sits on the Board of VetJobs in the US and is a volunteer mentor for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity.

Charlie has worked with a variety of companies and organizations to enhance their Value Creation offers in both military and civilian environments. With a strong desire to develop and deliver impactful projects, she is passionate about helping organizations understand how supporting the Armed Forces can strengthen their brand and truly make a difference.

Nick brings over three decades of experience building successful human capital businesses and is deeply committed to supporting those who have served in the Armed Forces. His career spans Africa, Asia, America, and the Middle East, providing him with a truly global outlook. Nick serves on the Board of the MAD Foundation, mentors for SSAFA, and is passionate about giving back. A proud Yorkshireman, he enjoys rugby, walking his dog, and exploring the outdoors.

Aine has worked in the HRO and Recruitment Industry since 1998, first for Lansdowne and then Arinso and NorthgateArinso. Holding Senior Manager and Director positions, implementing and overseeing outsourced services to some of the UK’s largest employers. Her specialities include service design and operation, client relations and a core focus on great service through customer and candidate experience.

With over a decade of experience as a recruitment consultant, I specialise in technical engineering, and tech including hardware, software and cyber security. I have worked across aerospace, defence, manufacturing all the way to operational and back office positions for tech start-ups and digital marketing agencies. My extensive career has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the unique challenges and requirements within most recruitment industries. I care about connecting top-tier talent with leading organisations to help recruit niche skills globally. Outside of recruiting, I like the simple pleasures in life, sports, travelling, I’m an avid gamer and car enthusiast.

With nearly 15 years of recruitment experience, Sean is a Senior Account Manager at SaluteMyJob, holding an associate membership of CIPD and the L5 CIPD diploma in HR management. He partners with hiring managers to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates across various organisations. Sean specialises in candidate sourcing, job posting, rate negotiation, and employer branding, delivering efficient recruitment processes. Passionate about finding the best talent, he supports SaluteMyJob’s goals. A self-confessed people-geek, Sean believes in treating others with kindness while working hard.

Rhian is a former designer and editor who now leads the marketing team at SaluteMyJob. As a military spouse with a partner in the RAF, she brings a strong personal connection to the military community. Rhian oversees all marketing activities, social media, and events, driving awareness of SMJ’s work and the opportunities it offers the Armed Forces community. Known for her enthusiasm and creative energy, Rhian has a passion for art and motorsport, and also takes part in sports coaching for children.

Faye is a former journalist, gaining experience in two busy newsrooms in North Devon and the Lake District. Faye, who has a personal connection with the military community, leads the SaluteMyJob creative content with her main focus being the Saluting Post blog. Outside of work, she has her hands full as a mum-of-four but is a keen runner, set to take on the Manchester Marathon and Ultra runs next year (yes she is slightly mad!).
